Shipping Policy

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your payment is received.

Available delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay, and vary by destination. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping email, and you can follow its live status at any time in My Account — from paid, to shipped, to out for delivery.

If we ship outside the UK, import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply in your country and are your responsibility. We mark parcels accurately for customs.

If your parcel does not arrive, or arrives damaged, contact us at cravelia@outlook.com with your order details and we will make it right.
