Placing an item in your basket does not reserve it. Your order is an offer to buy; it is accepted — and a contract is formed — when we take payment and your order is confirmed.

We reserve the right to decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or if there is a pricing error. If we do, we will refund any payment taken in full.

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Autumn-sale prices and any discount codes apply only while displayed on the site.

Discount codes from our spin-to-win game are single-use and cannot be combined with each other or applied after an order has been placed.

Payment is taken securely through Stripe at checkout. We never see or store your card details.

We deliver to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery options, charges and estimated timescales are shown at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Once an order is dispatched you can follow its status in My Account, where it is updated as it moves through fulfilment.

You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it, and to return the items for a refund — see our Returns & Refunds policy for how. These rights apply in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us at cravelia@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any delivery costs, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for the activities that happen under your account. Please contact us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

All content on this website — text, photography, graphics and design — belongs to Cravelia and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability to you is limited to the value of the goods you ordered.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. UK consumers may also bring claims in the courts of their home nation.
